November 20, 2009 – APC files Initial Study Report with FERC
December 3, 2009 – APC hosts Initial Study Report Meeting (open to all stakeholders)
December 18, 2009 – APC files a summary of December 3rd Meeting
January 18, 2010 – Stakeholders may file study disagreements or suggested modifications to studies
February 18, 2010 – APC files any response to disputes/study requests
March 22, 2010 - FERC OEP Director makes determination (if any disputes exist)
