Control your notifications with the Customer Preference Center

Manage your account by setting up text notifications and email alerts about billing or your power usage through the new Customer Preference Center. In just a few clicks you can control it all, including bill delivery options and your contact information.

Easily update all of your contact information

Add additional phone numbers and associate each one with its own nickname

Making an edit to your existing PIN just got a lot simpler
