You can now register and create your Alabama Power online profile in one place without having to visit the older version of our site. This makes it simpler for you to access all the benefits that come with managing your account online.

Our tools are smarter so we can help you in a variety of new ways

Our support tools allow our Customer Service representatives (CSRs) to search past transactions and research activities performed by our customers online line, such as attempts to pay a bill. Our site is easy to use. But if you ever have a question, our CSRs can guide you through any part of our site.
