Estimated restoration time is available as soon as you log in

We have made it easier than ever to report and check the status of an outage. Upon logging into your account, a notification will appear if your power is temporarily disturbed.  Your estimated restoration time is also displayed, saving you a call to the Customer Service Center and letting you know when you can expect your lights to be back on.
