Budget Billing

It's easy to plan for your monthly energy bill when you meet certain eligibility requirements. Predicting your expenses makes for good planning. Budget Billing is a free service that averages the highs and lows of your electric bills by giving you an average price to pay each month.

We will work with you to create a customized plan using your past energy usage in your current location. If you are moving into a new home, we can estimate your average monthly energy use and you can still take advantage of our Budget Billing plan. Electric Funds Transfer

You can pay your bill without lifting a finger. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is a free and convenient way to pay your monthly utility bill without worrying about checks, postage or paying on time. It’s like buying a little extra time each month. Here’s how it works.

You’ll receive your regular bill each month. On each bill’s due date—about 10 days after you receive the bill—the amount you owe will be deducted automatically from your bank account.

Now, you can sign up for EFT online. You will need to complete a short form and submit some information about your checking account. Upon verification from your bank, the electronic funds transfer can begin with your next billing. To sign up for EFT, click here.
