Baked Bananas

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 6 medium bananas cut in fourths
  • Vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 12 x 8 inch baking dish, melt butter. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well. Add bananas to butter mixture, mix gently to coat bananas. Bake 10 minutes or until bananas are heated, basting with butter mixture. Servce over ice cream.
