Broccoli With Fresh Garlic

  • 2 large stalks Fresh broccoli
  • 1 tsp. Fresh, minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Cut floret off stem into bite-sized pieces; peel stem and dice. Peel garlic, mince finely. Heat oils in saucepan, add broccoli and garlic. Sauté for about five minutes until tender - do not overcook.
