Blonde Brownies

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 lb. light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
a square

Cream butter and sugar, adding eggs one at a time, and beat well. Add flour and blend well. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
