  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. Jiffy® Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 cup purple onion, chopped
a square

Mix all ingredients and pour into 11x7x2 casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
