Grilled Salmon

  • 2 T. dark soy sauce
  • 3/4 lb. fresh salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2-3 T. Montego Bay honey mustard

Pour soy sauce over salmon fillet. Pat salt and ginger on fillet. Spread honey mustard over flesh side of fillet. Marinate fillet skin side up, so the flesh is in the soy sauce and honey mustard. Marinate anywhere from 30 minutes to one day. Broil in an over or on an electric grill for 20-25 minutes. Flesh should be solid light pink throughout. Serve immediately.
