Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 10 oz. can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • Crushed Ritz® crackers
  • Sliced almonds
  • Butter
a square

Combine all ingredients except butter, Ritz® crackers and almonds. Top mixture with butter, crackers and almond mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
