Low Fat Key Lime Pie

  • 6-ounce reduced-fat graham cracker crumb pie crust
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Yellow or green food coloring, optional
  • 1 can fat-free Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk*
  • 1/2 cup ReaLime® lime juice
  • Cool Whip® Free Whipped Topping

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk. Stir in lime juice and food coloring if desired. Pour into pie crust. Bake 40 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with Cool Whip.
