Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

  • 1 8-oz. pkg. fat-free cream cheese - at room temperature
  • 1 14-oz. can Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup ReaLemon® brand lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 vanilla wafer pie crust

Cream the cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Add remaining ingredients individually, mixing well after each. Pour mixture into vanilla wafer pie crust and bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and refrigerate until chilled. This may be topped with any flavor pie filling, before or after it is chilled.
