Mandarin Stripe Cookie Dessert

  • 2 3.5-oz. packages vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 12-oz. container Cool Whip® (lite or fat free if preferred)
  • 1 package of fudge stripe cookies

Mix pudding and buttermilk with electric mixer. Stir in mandarin oranges and Cool Whip®. Store in refrigerator. Just before serving, stir in one package, not crushed, fudge stripe cookies. Save a few and sprinkle on top.
