Power Cooking

• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1 cup apple sauce
• ½ tsp. sage
• 1 tsp. salt

• ½ cup ketchup
• ½ tsp. black pepper
• ¼ tsp. garlic salt
• ¼ tsp. seasoning salt

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Place in a greased 9x5x2-3/4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1-1/2 hours. When removed from oven, drain well.
