![]() Combine the first six ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Combine oil, eggs, sugar, pears and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon mixture into two greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour and five minutes, or until bread tests done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. |
