Pecan Coconut Clusters

  • 1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
  • 8 oz. almond bark, white or chocolate
  • 1 c. coconut

Spread pecans on large glass pie plate. Microwave on high for five to six minutes or until slightly toasted, stirring at two-minute intervals. Set aside.

Place almond bark in a two-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50 percent power) for three to four minutes or until melted. Stir until Smooth. Cool for two minutes.

Stir in coconut and toasted pecans. Drop by rounded teaspons onto wax paper. Let cool. Yields about four dozen.
