Potato Cheese Balls

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tsp. Flour
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a deep fryer, heat cooking oil to about 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and form into balls the size of a walnut. Roll balls in flour and cook a few at a time. Turn balls until brown and remove from fryer.
