Royal Chicken

  • 4 boneless chicken breast portions, thawed
  • 1 small can whole green chili strips (split each big strip lengthwise for use)
  • 4 thin slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 1 Tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tsp. parsley flakes

Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place a strip of green chili on each piece. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese. Combine the cream, salt, pepper and parsley and pour over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Baste frequently during baking.
