Strawberry Cake

Cake
  • 1 box plain white cake mix
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
  • 1 small box strawberry Jell-O®
  • 4 whole eggs
  • ¾ cup Wesson® oil
Icing
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
  • 1 stick oleo or butter, softened
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Mix all cake ingredients and bake at 350° until done using toothpick test. Makes two layers. For icing, cream oleo or butter, add powdered sugar and strawberries. Ice cake.
