Taco Soup

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 15 oz. can kidney beans
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 15 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups water
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 28 oz. can tomatoes

Brown ground beef and onions in a big pot. Drain excess fat. Add water and taco mix. Stir over medium heat while adding all other ingredients. Let simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.
