Power Cooking

• 16 squares white chocolate
• 1 cup chunky peanut butter
• 2 cups salted dry-roasted peanuts

• 3 cups miniature marshmallows
• 4 cups rice cereal

Melt chocolate and peanut butter in microwave, stirring often to mix well. Remove from heat. Add next three items and coat well. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Yields 11 dozen.
