Christmas Fudge

  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 16 oz. peanut butter morsels
  • 16 oz. milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans (optional)

Combine brown sugar, sugar, milk and butter in saucepan. Bring to full boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow cream and morsels. Stir until smooth. Blend in nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 9-inch pan. Wait until it sets and cut into desired size pieces.
