Budget Billing

It's easy to plan for your monthly energy bill when you meet certain eligibility requirements. Predicting your expenses makes for good planning. Budget Billing is a free service that averages the highs and lows of your electric bills by giving you an average price to pay each month. You pay the same amount in the end, but with budget billing it is levelized. Note that your budget billing amount may change over time as your average usage increases or decreases.

We will work with you to create a customized plan using your past energy usage in your current location. If you are moving into a new home, we can estimate your average monthly energy use and you can still take advantage of our Budget Billing plan. To sign up for Budget Billing, contact customer service.

Auto Pay

You can pay your bill without lifting a finger. Auto Pay is a free and convenient way to pay your monthly utility bill without worrying about checks, postage or paying on time. It's like buying a little extra time each month. Here's how it works:

You will continue to receive your bill as you normally do, but instead of "Please Pay By" being displayed on the bill, we will print the date when your bank account will be drafted for the amount of your bill.

You can sign up for Auto Pay  online. You will need to log in complete a short form and submit some information about your checking account. Upon verification from your bank, the electronic funds transfer can begin with your next billing. Sign up for Auto Pay.
