HVAC Training Center classes will resume on Monday, May 4, implementing CDC guidelines for the health and safety of our allies, employees and communities.
In order to best serve our dealer allies, Alabama Power has made the following changes to dealer training credits:
- For dealers who used a training credit to enroll in a class that was cancelled due to COVID-19, the training credit expiration date will be extended to one year past the original expiration.
- For dealers who have training credits that were set to expire between March 15 and June 30, 2020, the training credit expiration date will be extended to December 31, 2020. This includes all unused banked Superior Solutions training credits that were originally set to expire on June 30, 2020.
If you have any questions regarding your cancelled class or training credits, please call 1-800-634-0154 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The training facilities offer the most current equipment supplemented by hands-on, performance-based classroom training.
