Managing your account shouldn’t take time away from all the things that really matter to you. That’s why we are happy to now offer Digital Wallet.

Digital Wallet is our new online tool that offers an enhanced experience when paying your power bill online. It’s easy, fast, convenient, and safe, while giving you the opportunity to quickly and safely manage your Alabama Power account with payment methods/apps you probably already use.

In order to make your payments using Digital Wallet, you will need to have an online account with us. Set up your account with the following simple steps:

Step 1: Register your account through our Online Customer Care Portal.

Step 2: Confirm your password.

Step 3: Login to your new online account.

Step 4: Select your preferred Digital Wallet payment method and sync it for future use. Note: If you are using Venmo or Apple Pay, log in to your mobile device to add payment. If you are using Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal, you can add directly from your browser.

Tips to Avoid Scammers
Remember to make all payments by going through the portal to prevent the opportunity of scammers receiving your information. Never go directly to the payment app first. Any text alerts we send regarding your bill will come from the number: 24500 (ALPOWER). Any email alerts we send regarding your bill will come from the sender: G2@alabamapps@southernco.com.
