Fresh Blueberry Crunch Recipe

Follow me to the dessert table, this blueberry cobbler is berry crunchy!

Full of fresh blueberries, this 45-minute power recipe is packed with fruity flavor! This crunchy spin on a classic berry cobbler is perfect for July 4th weekend, when blueberry season ends in Alabama.


4 cups of fresh blueberries
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
¾ cup all-purpose flour, sifted
¾ cup regular oats, uncooked
½ cup butter (not margarine) melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place blueberries in a 2-quart baking dish and spread evenly.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over blueberries.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
