How to Reconnect Your Service

If your service was disconnected due to a missed payment, follow these steps to have your power restored:

1. Make Your Payment

  • Pay the full balance due for your account, including the reconnection fee.

Note: If paying online, by phone, or at an authorized location, your power may be restored the same day. Avoid mailing payments or leaving them in drop boxes as this can delay service restoration.

2. Add the Reconnection Fee

  • The reconnection fee depends on the time you make your payment:
    • Monday to Friday:
      • Before 5:00 p.m. → $50
      • Between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. → $75 (reconnected the same day)
      • After 7:00 p.m. → $50 (reconnection the next day)
  • Weekends & Holidays:
    • $75 (reconnected the same day if paid before 7:00 p.m.)
    • After 7:00 p.m. → $50 (reconnection the next day)

3. Wait for Service Restoration

  • After full payment is made, a reconnection request will be automatically issued.
  • Your power will be restored based on the payment time and reconnection schedule.

Important Reminders

 

  • Same-day restoration is possible if payment is made before 7:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday or weekends).
  • Payments made after 7:00 p.m. will result in service restoration the following day.
