Manage Your Account Profile

Don’t miss out on important communications and the latest offerings at Alabama Power. To make sure we have your preferred contact information on file, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account and check that your contact information is up to date on the My Profile screen. Remove old addresses and phone numbers and add new ones as needed.

  2. To link your new contact information with your paperless billing and alerts, go to the Alerts & Communications screen to review your information and make the needed updates there.

  3. To update your account and password reset email, go to the Log In Information screen to review your information and make the needed updates there.
