Family Dwelling is the standard residential rate plan available to all customers. This rate plan has a monthly base charge and a rate that changes based on your monthly electricity usage and the time of the year.

This plan is ideal for customers who are less likely to shift their electricity usage to evenings, nights and weekends during June – September.
